Global Scanning A/S and/or its affiliates ("Scan Dimension") provide website features and other products and services to you when you visit or shop at ScanDimension.com, use Scan Dimension Products, Applications, Services or Practices, the “Services”, including use via a mobile device, or software provided by Scan Dimension in connection with any of the foregoing.
BY USING THIS WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
We offer a wide range of Services and additional terms may apply. When you provide information on the Scan Dimension website e.g. Your Profile, Your Registration, Your Purchase(s), or the SOL scanner and applicable software connects with our servers, you also will be subject to the guidelines, terms and agreements applicable to Scan Dimension’s Service Terms. If the Conditions of Use are inconsistent with the Service Terms, the Service Terms will control.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you use Scan Dimension, or send e-mails, text messages, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you may be communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as e-mails, texts, mobile push notices, or notices and messages on this site or through the other Scan Dimension Services. You can retain copies of these communications for your records. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications are in writing.

All content included in or made available through any Scan Dimension Service, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software is the property of Scan Dimension/Global Scanning A/S or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws. TRADEMARKS
In addition, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names included in or made available through any Scan Dimension Service are trademarks or trade dress of Global Scanning A/S in Denmark and other countries. Scan Dimension's trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any Service that is not Scan Dimension’s or Global Scanning A/S’, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Scan Dimension or Global Scanning A/S.
PATENTS
One or more patents are owned by Scan Dimension, as well as the Services accessible via multiple affiliated platforms.
LICENSE AND ACCESS
Subject to your compliance with these Conditions of Use and any Service Terms, and your payment of any applicable fees, Scan Dimension or its content providers grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and make personal and non-commercial use of the services. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of any Scan Dimension Service, unless written consent from Global Scanning A/S, or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of any service or its contents; any downloading, copying, or other use of account information for the benefit of any third party; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
All rights not expressly granted to you in these Conditions of Use or any Service Terms are reserved and retained by Scan Dimension or its licensors, suppliers, publishers, rights holders, or other content providers. Scan Dimension, may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Global Scanning A/S. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Scan Dimension without express written consent. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMPLAINTS
Scan Dimension respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your intellectual property rights are being infringed, please contact us.
RISK OF LOSS
All purchases of physical items from Scan Dimension are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
OTHER BUSINESSES
Parties other than Scan Dimension operate stores, provide services or software, or sell products manufactured by Scan Dimension through the Scan Dimension Services. In addition, we provide links to the sites of affiliated companies and certain other businesses. If you purchase any of the products or services offered by these businesses or individuals, you are purchasing directly from those third parties, not from Scan Dimension. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant, the offerings of any of these businesses or individuals (including the content of their Websites). Scan Dimension does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, product, and content of all these and any other third parties. You should carefully review their privacy statements and other conditions of use.
DISPUTES
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any Scan Dimension Service, or to any products or services sold or distributed by Scan Dimension or through Scan Dimension.com will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to this agreement.
There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court (including injunctive and declaratory relief or statutory damages) and must follow the terms of these Conditions of Use as a court would.
To begin an arbitration proceeding, you must send a letter requesting arbitration and describing your claim to our registered agent Corporation Service Company, GLOBAL SCANNING A/S | SVANEVANG 2 | DK-3450 ALLERØD | DENMARK.
The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules, including the AAA's Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes. The AAA's rules are available at www.adr.org or by calling 1-800-778-7879. Payment of all filing, administration and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA's rules. We will reimburse those fees for claims totaling less than $1,000 unless the arbitrator determines the claims are frivolous. Likewise, Scan Dimension will not seek attorneys' fees and costs in arbitration unless the arbitrator determines the claims are frivolous. You may choose to have the arbitration conducted by telephone, based on written submissions, or in person in the county where you live or at another mutually agreed location.
We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, we each waive any right to a jury trial. We also both agree that you or we may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights.
APPLICABLE LAW
By using any Scan Dimension and it Services, you agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law, and the laws of Denmark, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise.
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
Please review our other policies, such as our Privacy Policy, posted on this site. These policies also govern your use of Scan Dimension Services. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, Service Terms, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
SOFTWARE END USER AGREEMENT
You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before installing this program. Installing this program indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions. If you do not agree with them you should promptly delete your copy of this program.
Global Scanning provides this program and licenses its use. You assume responsibility for the selection of the program to achieve your intended results, and for the installation, use and results obtained from the program.
License
You may install and use the program under this license on various personal computers or other media connected or linked to the same scanner. You may not install and use the program under this license in connection with more than one single scanner, unless this use is covered by a similar number of additional individual licenses for the program.
- You may not modify the program for any purpose.
- You may copy the program onto any machine readable or printed form for backup in support of your use of the program.
- You may not use the program, or any copy, except as expressly provided for in this license. If you do so you terminate your license.
The program utilize or include third party software. Credits, licensing terms, and disclaimers for such materials can be found on this website.
Term
The license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the program together with all copies. The license will also terminate upon conditions set forth elsewhere in this Agreement or if you fail to comply with any term or condition of the Agreement. You agree upon such termination to destroy the program together with all copies, modifications and merged portions in any form.
Limited Warranty
The Program is provided to you AS IS. To the maximum extent provided under applicable law Global Scanning expressly disclaims all warranties expressed or implied including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement. Global Scanning makes no guarantee or representations regarding the use or distribution of, or the results of the use or distribution of, the Program in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability or otherwise. Licensee relies on this program solely at Licensee’s own risk.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Global Scanning does not warrant that the functions or the operation of the program will be uninterrupted or error free.
However, if you have acquired the program on an official Global Scanning medium, Global Scanning warrants the medium on which the program is furnished to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery to you, as evidenced by a copy of your receipt.
Limitations of Remedies
Global Scanning's entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be:
The replacement of any medium not meeting the Global Scanning "Limited Warranty" and which is returned to Global Scanning or an authorized ScanDimension dealer with a copy of your receipt, or if Global Scanning or the dealer is unable to deliver a replacement medium which is free of defects in materials or workmanship, you may terminate this Agreement by returning the program and your money will be refunded.
In no event shall Global Scanning and/or its respective suppliers be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortious action, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of program, documents, provision of or failure to provide services, or information available from the ScanDimension website.
In no event will Global Scanning be liable to you for any damages including any lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use such program, even if Global Scanning or an authorized ScanDimension dealer has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any other party.
General
You may not sublicense, assign or transfer the license of the program except as expressly provided in this Agreement. Any attempt otherwise to sublicense, assign or transfer any of the rights, duties or obligations under this Agreement hereunder is void.
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Denmark. Should you have any questions concerning this Agreement, you may contact Global Scanning.
You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You further agree that this is the complete license agreement on the program between you and Global Scanning.
